Commissioner Christian Y. Leinbach

Christian Leinbach graduated from Bob Jones University with a BA in history and a minor in public speaking in 1981. Mr. Leinbach has been active in community and political affairs for much of his life; including serving on the staff of U.S. Senator Rick Santorum in 1994 and 1995, and a number of local government committees here in Berks County.

Christian and his wife Jennifer live near Hamburg in Berks County, PA. Christian loves old films, history and the outdoors. On September 5, 2006, Christian and Jennifer celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.

In November of 1996, Mr. Leinbach joined Westlawn Graphic. He served as vice president and oversaw the Advertising Agency, Publications Division and Political Division. He is the Founding Publisher of Berks County Living magazine. Christian continues to write and speak on marketing, political and historical topics.

Christian has been involved in many different community and business organizations and efforts over the years. The following is a partial list of involvement:

· Founding Publisher of Berks County Living magazine

· Founding Board Member of The King's Academy

· Chair of The King's Academy Long Range Planning Committee

· Church Board Member, Schuylkill Valley Bible Chapel

· Former chair and current member of the Greater Reading Chamber Marketing Advisory Committee

· 8-year member of the Greater Reading Chamber Gov. Affairs and Municipal Affairs Committees

· 9-year member of the Tri-County Chamber Gov. Affairs Committee

· Member of the Berks Home Builder's Association Education Committee
