Provides a range of personal care activities and assistance to physically disabled, mentally alert individuals to enhance the highest possible level of independence.  Consumers may choose to have their care provided by agency-employed attendants or privately hired attendants.  Services to consumers who are eligible for Medical Assistance and qualify for nursing home level of care are funded through the Attendant Care Medicaid Waiver Program.  The PA Department of Public Welfare Act 150 Program funds services for consumers between the ages of 18 and 59.  PA Department of Aging funds services for Act 150 consumers who turn age 60.
