CLIENT SERVICES

The Client Services Unit is responsible for the in-home services provided to the elderly in the County. Professionals provide assessment and care management services directly and through subcontracts. The major program areas include Intake and Referral, Assessment, Care Management, Aging Waiver, Pre-admission Assessment for Medical Assistance eligible consumers, Older Adult Protective Services, Guardianship services, and the Family Caregiver Support program. The Client Services Unit is divided into six program areas with six supervisors who report to the Director of Client Services. The agency anticipates continued growth in these program areas due to the increased longevity of the aging population.
