CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is the process of having standards and feedback mechanisms to validate or make adjustments and corrections to the activities of the entire organization. Everyone at the Office of Aging strives to pay attention to quality, focusing on satisfying all customers, internal and external. Each person in the organization shares in the responsibility and effort toward continuous quality improvement. Formal contractual relationships allow the Berks County Office of Aging to act as a quality assurance monitor in the delivery of aging services. Consumer Satisfaction surveys are an effective tool used to collect feedback from consumers. If you have suggestions on how we can improve any of our services, contact the office by e-mail, FAX or telephone.
