Department Goals
It is the goal of the Office of Budget and Finance to prepare, analyze, monitor, and report on the County’s capital and operating budgets; insure the County has available cash to finance daily operations; and manage County debt in accordance with cash needs and to provide fiscal direction to all County departments in an effective manner.
