Questions may only be submitted via email to jwmoser@bccl.org during the time period specified in the RFP. Answers to questions will be posted on the RFP web page - they will not be answered via return email. Please follow submittal instructions included in the specific RFP.

Requests For Proposal are only available on this website. Information concerning availablity of an RFP is distributed to current WIB sub-contractors and agencies that have asked to be included on the current year bidder's list. Additionally, information concerning the availablity of any specific RFP is advertised in the Reading Eagle and on other websites as necessary or required by the funding source of the proposed program.

A Request For Proposal Interest Sheet must be submitted prior to proposal submittal. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of proposal. Instructions for submittal are included on the form.
