Custody Forms

If you are representing yourself in your custody case, packets of forms and instructions for filling out the forms are available in the Berks County Law Library for a reasonable fee.

The Berks County Law Library is located on the 10th Floor of the Courthouse. They can be reached at 610-478-3370. Their hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
