The Berks County District Attorney's Office supports local law enforcement agencies by operating the Berks County DUI Processing Center. The DUI Processing Center exists to process and videotape persons suspected of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. The processing is conducted in a safe and efficient manner, under existing Pennsylvania State Law. This enables Berks County municipal and state police officers to expeditiously return to their patrol duties.
