The Berks County District Attorney's Office supports efforts by local non-profit associations and organizations by ensuring all licensed bingo operations are operated in accordance with applicable state law.

Bingo Licenses may be obtained at the Berks County Treasurers Office, for those non-profit organizations that qualify.  Once an application is received, it is reviewed by the Berks County District Attorney’s Office to ensure compliance with current Pennsylvania State Law.
