On March 4, 2014, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ordered the reinstatement of conspiracy to commit Third Degree Murder convictions for brothers, Terry and Kenneth Kline. The brothers were convicted in 2008 for the 2007 beating death of Kyle Quinn, a Kutztown University student. 

The Kline brothers were sentenced to 20-40 years in prison by President Judge Paul M. Yatron on December 20, 2008. The trial and appeals were handled by Chief Deputy District Attorney Jonathan H. Kurland.
