In June of 2017, the Berks County Drug Task Force initiated and drug investigation relative to suspects, Shan Christopher Haynes-Ali and Geraldo Carlos Gregory being involved in drug activity. They were believed to be dealing methamphetamine within Berks County, Pennsylvania.  
During the investigation, Berks County Drug Task Force Detectives learned that Geraldo Carlos Gregory of 360 Mountain View Road, Shillington, PA, was responsible for trafficking methamphetamine to others within Berks County, Pennsylvania.  Geraldo Carlos Gregory’s customers would contact Gregory via cellular telephone and meet at various locations throughout Berks County. 
Within the course of the investigation, the suspect, Gregory sold significant amounts of Methamphetamine to an undercover police officer several times.  On Monday, August 21, 2017, Gregory agreed with an undercover officer to meet at 200 Revere Blvd, Spring Township for the purpose of delivering $1800 worth of methamphetamine. 
At approx. 1:00 pm, Gregory arrived into the area of 200 Revere Blvd along with Shan Christopher Haynes-Ali as the passenger in a Honda CRV.  Gregory exited the vehicle and walked over to where the undercover officer was waiting and entered the officer’s vehicle.  They had a brief conversation and Gregory delivered an amount of methamphetamine in exchange for $1800 in U.S. Currency.  
Gregory exited the vehicle and was arrested a short distance away.  Haynes was still sitting in the Honda CRV.  Haynes was interviewed, identified and released from the scene. 
On August 21, 2017, the suspect, Gregory was transported to the Berks County Sheriff’s Department Central Processing Center for processing and arraignment.  Bail was set at $50,000.
On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, a search warrant was obtained for Gregory's cellphone; which was approved by Judge Ann Young.  After an examination of the cellphone, communication between Gregory and Haynes indicated that Geraldo Carlos Gregory was being supplied methamphetamine and other illegal drugs by Shan Christopher Haynes-Ali.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017, Shan Christopher Haynes-Ali was arrested outside of this home, 431 Fern Ave, Reading, PA.  At the time of the arrest Haynes was in possession of illegal drugs.
Based on information received and investigation conducted, on Thursday August 31, 2017, the Berks County Detectives obtained a search warrant for his residence, 431 Fern Ave, Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania.  The search warrant was read, signed and sealed by Judge Stuart Kennedy. 
On August 31, 2017 at approximately 11:40 AM, the Berks County Detectives served the search warrant on the suspect, Shan Christopher Haynes-Ali’s residence, 431 Fern Ave, Reading, PA. The search warrant was for the controlled substances and related paraphernalia.
As a result of the search, the following items were found and seized from Haynes’ residence:
1.    Bulk methamphetamine (street value of $15,000)
2.    Ruger P90 semi-auto handgun
3.    Springfield Armory 40 cal. semi-auto handgun
4.    Smith and Wesson 380 cal. semi-auto handgun
5.    A substantial amount of ammunition and magazines for weapons
6.    Two operable digital gram scales
7.    One packet of suspected marijuana
8.    Fifteen vials containing THC oils
9.    Assorted documents pertaining to Haynes-Ali
10.  Three cellular telephones and related documents
11.  Assorted packaging material related to methamphetamine
12.  Over $6,700 in U.S. Currency believe to be profits of drug sales
Two of the three guns that were seized were reported stolen, one from Muhlenberg Twp. and the other from Scranton, PA.   
On August 31, 2017, the suspect, Haynes was transported to the Berks County Sheriff’s Department Central Processing Center for processing and arraignment.  Bail was set at $40,000.
