Voter Registration - Deadline to register for the May 20, 2014 General Primary is April 21, 2014

Absentee Ballot -

First day before the General Primary on which official applications for civilian absentee ballots can be received is March 31, 2014.

Deadline to apply for civilian absentee ballot is May 13, 2014.  Last day for County Board of Elections to receive voted civilian absentee ballot is May 16, 2014 by 5:00PM.

  • Application for Absentee Ballot   (Applications must include either the voter's drivers license number, last four digits of their S.S.#, or send in a copy of one of the approved forms of ID)  

 

  • Application for Emergency Absentee Ballot  (For Emergencies that occur between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 5 p.m. Friday Before the Primary or Election) (Applications must include either the voter's drivers license number, last four digits of their S.S.#,  a copy of one of the approved forms of ID) 

 

  • Emergency Application for Absentee Ballot (For Emergencies that occur after 5 p.m. on the Friday before the Primary or General Election) (Applications must include either the voter's drivers license number, last four digits of their S.S.#, or a copy of one of the approved forms of ID)

  

 

 Alternative Ballot

    If you have a disability, or are at least 65 years of age and have been assigned to a polling place deemed inaccessible by the County Board of Elections, you can vote by alternative ballot. If you are qualified to vote by alternative ballot, you have the right to do so regardless of whether you are able to appear to vote at the polling place. Much like an absentee ballot, an alternative ballot is a paper ballot that can be delivered to the County Board of Elections in person, by an authorized representative, or through the U.S. mail.

 

  • Application for Emergency Alternative Ballot  

    In case of an emergency, you can submit an Emergency Application for Alternative Ballot, which must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Completed alternative ballots must be received by the County Board of Elections no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day (at the time the polls close).
