REMINDER: The last day for the Berks County Board of Elections to receive absentee ballots is Friday, Nov 1, 2013 no later than 5:00 P.M. A military or overseas voter’s ballot must be postmarked by Nov 4, 2013 and received in the office by 5:00 P.M. on Nov 12, 2013.
