Requests received by E-MAIL (elections@countyofberks.com) or FAX (610-478-6218) -- For active duty military & civilian overseas voters must be followed up with the mailed original.  Original must be received by election day for your ballot to count. 
 
REMINDER: The last day for the Berks County Board of Elections to receive absentee ballots is Friday, October 31, 2014 no later than 5:00 P.M.
 
A voted military or overseas voter’s ballot must be postmarked by November 12, 2014.  A valid military-overseas ballot cast under section 3509 of UMOVA must be delivered by 5:00 PM.
