About Department
The Mailroom Department is responsible for the collection and distribution of interoffice mail for all County departments. Mail is presorted daily. All incoming bags of U.S. mail and packages are X-rayed for employee protection. UPS packages and overnight letters are brought to the mailroom.
The Printing Department is responsible for: printing, binding, cutting, copying, stapling, collating, folding, and drilling, for all County offices. The Printing Department produces all office forms, letterheads, brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Goals & Objectives
The department will strive to maintain an efficient turnaround of all mail handled by the office, while continuing to x-ray all incoming bags and packages to insure the safety of all county employees and to provide speedy printing service of the best quality to all county departments.
