The Reading Area Transportation Study is the designated metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for transportation in Berks County. Above is the official schedule of meetings for both the Technical Committee and the Coordinating Committee. As they are prepared and approved, links to meeting agendas and minutes will be added below.

All meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. and, with the exception of the May 19, 2016 Joint Meeting, are held in the Conference Room of the Berks County Planning Commission, 633 Court Street, 14th Floor, Reading, PA 19601. The May 19, 2016 Joint Technical and Coordinating Committee Meeting, also to start at 1:30 p.m., will be held in the departure lounge of the Reading Regional Airport, 2501 Bernville Road, Reading, PA 19605.
