The Reading Area Transportation Study is the designated metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for transportation in Berks County. Above is the official schedule of meetings for both the Technical Committee

All meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. and, with the exception of the September 20, 2018 Joint Meeting, are held in the Conference Room of the Berks County Planning Commission, 633 Court Street, 14th Floor, Reading, PA 19601. The September 20, 2018 Joint Technical and Coordinating Committee Meeting, also to start at 1:30 p.m., will be held in the departure lounge of the Reading Regional Airport, 2501 Bernville Road, Reading, PA 19605
