All meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. and are held in the Conference Room of the Berks County Planning Commission, 633 Court Street, 14th Floor, Reading, PA with the exception of the May 17th meeting that will be a Joint meeting of the Technical and Coordinating Committees and will be held at the Berks Area Reading Transportation Authority (BARTA) offices, 1700 North 11th Street, Reading, PA.
