Project in the request. Upon receipt of request, bidders will be sent a link to the files. Each prospective bidder will be responsible for their own expense to download and print the drawings and specifications. If alternate methods are required to obtain the documents, the prospective bidders will be charged a non-refundable fee for materials. Payment in full must be made prior to the receipt of the documents.
A pre-bid conference will be held on February 9, 2016 at Antietam Lake Park, in the parking area along Angora Road, on the west side of Antietam Lake beginning promptly at 10:00 AM.
