On Monday 9/12/05 at about 1605 hrs, Miguel Torres waited for his wife Barbara J. Torres, to leave work at the Wachovia bank located on 6th & Washington streets, Reading. As she walked to her vehicle in the bank parking lot located on Reed Street behind the bank, he approached and fired a handgun at her causing her death.
