Douglass Township owns 33.01 miles of roads, the State owns 14.9 miles, and
there are 28 private lanes.
The road crew is responsible for all snow plowing and maintenance on all Township roads. 
The Township is contracted with the State to plow State roads with the exception of Ben Franklin Highway, Route 422 and Route 562.
The Township is also contracted withy the State to mow along all State roads 2 times per year.
