PUBLIC NOTICE CONDITIONAL USE HEARINGNew
Notice is hereby given that the Kenhorst Borough Council will hold a public hearing for the property located at 1540 New Holland Road to consider conditional use approval for a church. The property’s present uses include a dance studio and offices for a paving company. The public hearing will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kenhorst Borough Municipal Building located at 339 South Kenhorst Boulevard, Kenhorst, PA 19607. Interested citizens are invited to attend and be heard. Questions and/or requests for special needs accommodations may be directed to Jeri Diesinger, Borough Manager/Secretary at 610- 777-7327.
SPOTTED LANTERN FLY
If you see a Spotted Lanternfly in the Borough, please report it to the PA Department of Agriculture. The Spotted Lanternfly is an invasive species that can cause great damage to the Agriculture and Agribusiness industries. Reports can be given on the State's Automated Invasive Species Report Line at 1-866-253-7189. Leave a detailed message detailing your sighting and contact information. You can also take a picture and email the picture to: Badbug@pa.gov, include date, location seen, time of day and your contact information. ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARADE
Mark your calendars !! The annual Fire Company Holiday Parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 16th, 2017, at 1:00 pm. There will be a party for the children in the Kenhorst Volunteer Fire Company Social Hall, located at 411 S. Kenhorst Blvd., at 2:00 pm. Family fun for everyone!
