Animals
Abstract:  Animals may not run at large.  Animals may not make noise continuously for ten minutes, or intermittently for 30 minutes or more regardless of whether the animal is physically situated on private property.  Animal defecation and urination is allowed on the owner's property only.  Animal waste deposited in any other area must be removed immediately.  Dogs accompanying blind or handicapped persons are exempted from this ordinance.

Brush, Grass, & Vegetation
Abstract:  Weeds, brush, grass, or other vegetation in excess of 6 inches in height which is not edible or planted for some useful or ornamental purpose must be cut and removed by the owner, occupant, or lessee of such property.

Burning
Open burning is not allowed, some exceptions exist.  Ordinance amended September, 2009.

Pools
AbstractOrdinance 380 - Fences. Ordinance 407 - Seasonal Pools are allowed the third week of May through the first week of September; the placement or use of seasonal pools after September 7 is strictly prohibited.  Ordinance 408 redefines seasonal pools and regulates the use of the pool structure itself as a barrier.

Abstract:  The riding, operating, and other use of skateboards is prohibited at all locations within the Borough except on the owner's private property.
