NOTICE!! Information submitted through these online forms is NOT monitored on a 24/7 basis. If you are reporting an incident that is an emergency, DO NOT USE THESE FORMS!! Dial 9-1-1. If you are reporting an incident for which you would like an officer to respond, please dial (610) 929-5454.

The Muhlenberg Twp Police Dept realizes that it is not always easy or convenient for an individual to stop by the station to pick up or drop off a complaint or commendation form.  The Dept also realizes that some persons wish to remain anonymous in the submission of their complaints or commendations.

Any positive comments, criticisms, or complaints that you submit through this online form will be routed directly to the Chief of Police.  All complaints against the department or any employee will be reviewed by the Chief of Police and investigated through a regulated, impartial, and confidential internal investigation process, the outcome of which will be provided to the citizen in writing by the Chief of Police.

Citizens can choose to remain anonymous on complaint forms; however, a full investigation cannot be conducted if an investigator cannot contact the complainant.  Additionally, a citizen can opt to provide their complaint or commendation information verbally.
