This form can be used to submit a request to have your property returned from this department. After your request is received, you will receive a phone call or an e-mail to either confirm your appointment to retrieve your property or to deny your request. Requests may be denied if property was seized as evidence or contraband.
Appointments to retrieve property will be scheduled during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm).
Photo identification must be produced when you arrive to retrieve your property. In certain circumstances, you may also be required to produce proof of ownership.
