Permit Applications and Information

Zoning and Driveway permit applications can be obtained below:

 Zoning Permit (PDF)
Fee: $75.00 plus $3.00 for every $1,000.00 of construction.

 Driveway Permit (PDF)
Existing Driveway Fee: $75.00 plus $3.00 for every $1,000.00 of construction.

New Driveway Fee: $75.00 plus $3.00 for every $1,000.00 of construction plus $500.00 refundable escrow per the permit application.
A driveway drainage diagram is also available at the township office as an attachment to the permit application.

* Permits may be submitted either to Light-Heigel or to the township office.
