Refuse Information

TRASH
Trash collection is every Wednesday.
Residents are encouraged to place their trash containers curbside the evening prior to collection day. Each household unit and participating commercial business is allowed a maximum of (6) thirty-gallon containers.

RECYCLING
Recycling pick-up is every other Wednesday.  See Schedule.
This is a separate truck just for recycling pick-up. Because trash and recycling are on the same day, we ask that you use Recycling Containers only. Call the Borough office to request a recycling container if you have not received one. Limit one per household. Additional cans may be purchased for $10.00. Recycling information.

HOLIDAY PICK-UP - THURSDAY
When a MAJOR Holiday falls on Monday thru Wednesday, trash will be picked-up on Thursday of that week.  See Schedule.

BULK CLEAN-UP
The Borough has two Bulk pick-ups; one in Spring and one in Fall. Items allowed include
bulky rubbish such as furniture, bedding, lumber, toys, etc. All loose materials must be bagged. Appliances, tires, car parts and paint are EXCLUDED. Lumber cut in lengths not to exceed 4 feet, must be bundled and tied. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all items.

ANY EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF TRASH OR BULKY ITEMS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP UNLESS IT IS DURING BULK CLEAN-UP. PLEASE CONTACT LEBANON FARMS DISPOSAL AT 1-717-949-2363 TO MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

YARD WASTE
All yard waste should be taken to the Spring Township Yard Waste Site located off of Yerger Blvd. The entrance is directly opposite of the rear entrance to the Giant Food store which fronts on Van Reed Road.
