Bad Check Restitution Program

Berks County District Attorney John T. Adams has announced a new countywide program to combat the problems of bad checks through a new Bad Check Restitution Program.  The primary goal of the program is to obtain full restitution for the victim of a bad check without adding the to already overburdened criminal justice system.
