Kevin R. Tobias

Kevin was hired as Wyomissing Borough Manager October 2, 2006.  His previous experience includes 9 years as Borough Manager for Topton Borough in northern Berks County from February of 1997 until October, 2006.  Prior to that, he was employed by The City of Reading as a Community Development Specialist and Zoning Administrator.

Mr. Tobias graduated from Penn State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications, and in 1997 from Kutztown University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Kevin enjoys spending family time with his wife Elizabeth, and three children Emma, Patrick, and Aliza.   He also has two dogs, Jonas and Roxy. His community involvement  includes Secretary of The Penn State Berks Alumni Society and is a  board member of the Tri-Valley YMCA Board of Directors.
