EXETER COMMONS RECEIVES NATIONAL ATTENTION - 6-30-09 We are extremely pleased to share this article taken from the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal with our residents! The developers / planners and designers and entire professional team of the new and exciting Exeter Commons Shopping Center have gained National attention by earning the distinguished honor of being the DEVELOPMENT OF THE MONTH, thereby giving Exeter Township National attention! This area has been the focus of numerous developers over the years . . . all of whom had given up due to the magnitude of existing problematic issues the area faced, the number one being traffic and existing road conditions. Thanks to this group who saw the potential and tirelessly worked their way through the issues using every imaginable resource possible. This entire project (from start to finish) was all but flawless due to the team effort on every level. Credit is also given to the Exeter Township Board of Supervisors, the Exeter School Board, the Berks County Commissioners and staff on all levels for their foresight and dedication to make this development a reality. Exeter Township welcomes the Exeter Commons Center and all of the committed and prospective tenants!
