All snow and ice must be removed from sidewalks within 24 hours after snow has ceased to fall.  Ordinance #308, dated July 5, 1973, requires such removal or subject to penalties cited in ordinance.  The Borough has the authority to remove snow or ice for any such delinquent and collect the expenses, with an additional 10% added penalty.
