Sebastian, Uncle to the victim would enter the victim’s bedroom once his wife left for work at
4 a.m. He would then have sexual intercourse with the juvenile against her will. Sebastian threatened to kill the victim's aunt and cousin if she told anyone. On 4/30/02 the victim's Aunt and cousin hid in the home at 4 a.m. and caught Sebastian going into the victim's bedroom. Juan C. Sebastian is wanted by The Berks County Sheriff's Department for failing to appear on 6/4/02 for arraignment court.
