These are the crimes currently being investigated:
1-On May 31, 2009 shortly after 9:00 pm two actors held up the Hess Express on Shillington Road in the Borough of Sinking Spring. One of the actors displayed a black revolver and pointed it at the clerk, demanding the black colored cash drawer and its cash contents. Also taken were Newport cigarettes. Total loss was from this robbery was $607.29.
2-On April 1, 2009 a motorcycle was stolen from the 900 block of James Street in the Borough of Sinking Spring. The motorcycle is described as a 2007 black and red Yamaha R6, with Red Bull stickers and the number 36 on the left front, bearing no license plate. It is possible actors may have loaded the stolen motorcycle into a U-Haul box truck that was seen in the area.
3-On January 31, 2009 a local resident on Woodrow Avenue reported her wallet had been inadvertently dropped outside of her home while she was unloading groceries, but was later found. However, the $300.00 cash inside had been removed, leaving all other contents intact.
4-On August 15, 2008 unknown persons forcibly entered Paparone's Restaurant, 3803 Penn Avenue and removed the cash box and tip jar.
