COCAINE & HEROIN/FENTANYL TRAFFICKING
PERSON (S) INVOLVED: Emma Feliciano-Cosme, 70 years of age

DETAILS OF INCIDENT:
In December 2020, the Berks County Drug Task Force along with the Reading Police Vice Unit initiated a drug investigation relative to Emma Feliciano-Cosme dealing cocaine & heroin in the area of the 300 block of S. 3rd Street, Reading, Pennsylvania.
Based on information received and investigation conducted, on Thursday, January 28, 2021, the Berks County Detectives and Reading Police Vice Unit obtained a search warrant for Feliciano-Cosme’s residence at 123 S. 3rd Street, 1st floor rear apartment, Reading, Pennsylvania. The search warrant was issued by Magisterial District Judge Stuart Kennedy.
On Friday, January 29, 2021 the Berks County Drug Detectives and the Reading Police Vice Unit served the search warrant. Feliciano-Cosme was present and was immediately taken into custody. As a result of the search, the following items were found and seized:
- Suspected cocaine (Street value $2200)
- Packets of suspected heroin/fentanyl (Street value $450)
- Suspected marijuana (Street value $100)
- A functional cellphone
- $1449.00 in U.S. Currency
- Miscellaneous documents related to Feliciano-Cosme
Emma Feliciano-Cosme was transported to the Berks County Sheriff’s Central Processing Center for processing and preliminary arraignment. Bail was set at $100,000.
As in every criminal case, the fact that an arrest occurred or a complaint has been filed is merely an accusation, a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
