2020, the Berks County Detective’s Office received a Childline Referral from
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services, relative to the
sexual abuse of a victim who was identified as a (15) fifteen-year-old male.

defendant, Jonathan K. Rai, at Magisterial District Judge Carissa Johnson’s Office.

On January 7,
2021, at approximately 8:00 A.M., the Berks County Detectives took the
defendant into custody in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The defendant was
immediately transported to the Central Processing Center where he was released
into the custody of the Berks County Sheriff’s Department.
