BUILDING/ZONING PERMITS - Residents are required to obtain a zoning and/or building permit for various types of projects including, but not limited to, the following:  New construction, additions, alterations or changes to buildings, structures, and accessory buildings, sheds, carports, greenhouses, patios, porches, decks, swimming pools (both in-ground and above-ground), plumbing and electrical improvements, HVAC installations, signs, and the removal or demolition of any building or structure.  A zoning permit is also required for home occupations.

*DRIVEWAY PERMITS are handled by the Township Driveway Permit Administrator, Michael Pott (Roadmaster).  Please contact Michael Pott at the Township Building with questions concerning driveways and/or driveway permits.


COMPLAINT FORM:  This form shall be completed for all filings of complaints with Rockland Township.  The Township can only respond if accurate and complete information is provided on the submitted Complaint Form.
