As of March 16, 2020, the Shillington Town Hall was closed in accordance with Governor Tom Wolf's guidance on COVID-19 mitigation.
Any requests for public records submitted to the Borough on or after March 16, 2020 will be deemed to have been received by the open-records officer on the first day of the reopening of the Shillington Town Hall.
On December 11, 2008, the Shillington Borough Council enacted Resolution No. 18-2008, which amended the Borough's Open Records Policy by bringing it into compliance with recent regulations.
