Parking Tickets Payment
Berks County > Municipalities > Sinking Spring Borough > Sinking Spring Police Department

Parking tickets are due within five (5) days and payable at the Sinking Spring Police Department office, 3940 Penn Ave., Rear, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 during regular office hours, 11:00AM-3:00PM, M-F. If no one is in the office, they can be paid by using the call box at the Police Office door and pushing the red button. A dispatcher will then have the officer on duty meet you at the office. Payments can also be mailed using the ticket as the envelope to the address above.

Parking ticket appeals should be directed to the Chief of Police at the office, 7:00AM-3:00PM, M-F, or by phone at 610-678-1906.

Failure to pay a parking ticket will result in a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Traffic Citation being filed within thirty (30) days of the parking violation. In addition to the fine involved in the original parking ticket, costs will be added which will make the parking violations fine and costs to swell to over $60.00. It is in your best interest to pay the ticket within the five (5) day period, before a citation is filed with the District Justice.

If you receive a citation, it can be appealed by requesting a hearing at the office of the District Justice 23-1-01, at 600 East Penn Ave, Suite 5, Wernersville, PA 19565, Phone 610-678-6721. A failure to pay a parking citation may result in your arrest and/or loss of driver's license.
